Despite us not being particularly motivated buyers, Rachel was responsive getting us into all the homes we were interested in seeing over the course of many, many months. Then finally, we found "the one" and Rachel and her team helped us put together a winning offer on the home, despite the home having multiple other competitive offers. That's when I feel like Rachel really started blowing me away with her organization, attentiveness, coordination and management. We then had to turn around and (QUICKLY!) sell our current home all while continuing the process to close on the new home. She immediately came to do a walkthrough of our previous home to help it get ready for listing, she provided a comprehensive checklist of things for us to do, we came up with a timeline, and she scheduled a number of vetted individuals to help with things like landscaping/carpet replacement/deep cleaning/etc. She even provided materials of her own, at no cost, to fill gaps we had in staging our home. She was so on top of things, I could really focus on what was my responsibility to accomplish. The photographs of the home turned out so well she almost had me not wanting to move after all! Despite the market being quite flat, we got a great offer on the home in the first weekend it was on the market (this is likely due to how well she worked the open house she ran for us!). We were able to close on our old home within weeks of closing on our new home. It was a whirlwind but she could not have made the experience better and I would 10/10 recommend her to folks looking to buy or sell. Rachel and her team are great and I feel so blessed that I was able to work with them.
