Kendall, a native of coastal Virginia, brings a wealth of skills and enthusiasm to the Raleigh real estate scene. She graduated from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, where she developed a solid educational foundation distinguished by a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. 

Backed by a foundation in sales and customer service, Kendall showcases expertise in communication, organization, and a dedication to precision, refined through years of experience. Having earned her North Carolina Real Estate license, she is well-equipped to navigate the intricacies of the dynamic environment of real estate. Kendall is thrilled to be assisting Rachel Lowe at Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty, where she continues to utilize her skills to guide clients through one of life's most significant milestones.

Despite being relatively new to Raleigh, Kendall has embraced her new surroundings with open arms, immersing herself in the community and exploring all this vibrant area has to offer. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Toy Aussie, Pepé, riding her horses, and cheering on the Hokies during football season.
