As Director of Operations, Kegan manages the details that keep the business moving forward – from big-picture planning to the day-to-day coordination that keeps each transaction on track. A fully licensed broker, Kegan can assist you from start to finish throughout the buying and selling process.

Prior to joining Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty, Kegan’s path included stops in sports journalism, political consulting, and mortgage lending. While his career in sports and politics taught him how to ask thoughtful questions and communicate clearly, his background in mortgage gives him an added understanding of the financial process and details that can determine whether a transaction succeeds. Together, those experiences help him anticipate challenges and make the process easier for clients to navigate from beginning to end.

A Greensboro native, Kegan graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Journalism and honors in Sports Communications. He has called Raleigh home for nearly a decade, where he lives with his wife, Rachel, their two sons and two dogs. Outside of work, Kegan is an avid sports fan and fitness connoisseur.
